Our structure is intentionally direct. Senior leadership remains closely involved in evaluating opportunities, structuring investments, and working with counterparties throughout execution.
Bryan Mendenhall is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Crest Capital. He is an entrepreneur, operator, and principal investor with more than two decades of experience spanning finance, real estate development, construction, energy infrastructure, and large-scale project execution.
Bryan founded Weston Dean Custom Homes in 2010 after holding construction and operations leadership roles with Centex Homes, Wilshire Homes, Mercedes Homes, and Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes. He later founded Grun Energy, where he leads the development, structuring, capitalization, and long-term ownership of energy infrastructure and works with institutional capital and strategic counterparties across complex infrastructure transactions.
His experience as both an owner and operator informs Castle Crest Capital’s investment approach, with an emphasis on disciplined basis, underlying asset value, capital structure, execution risk, and multiple paths to realization. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Felix Danciu serves as Chief Financial Officer of Castle Crest Capital and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elmcore Group, a private family office, and Elmcore Securities LLC, a FINRA/SIPC-member investment bank.
With nearly 25 years of experience, his background spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial and strategic advisory, and complex transactions across a broad range of industries. He brings extensive experience in corporate finance, transaction structuring, and capital markets to Castle Crest Capital’s investment activities.
Felix earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University with degrees in Economics and Government.
